- Seller Accounts: For sellers using Supply Engine
- 3PL Accounts: For logistics partners
3.3 Account Verification
We may require identity verification for certain activities, including:
- Making or receiving payments above certain thresholds
- Listing high-value items
- Joining Supply Engine as a partner
- Accessing business features
4. Marketplace Rules
4.1 Prohibited Items
You may not list or sell:
- Illegal items or services
- Weapons, explosives, or hazardous materials
- Counterfeit or stolen goods
- Drugs or drug paraphernalia
- Adult content or services
- Items that infringe intellectual property rights
- Living animals (with some exceptions for certified pet sellers)
- Human body parts or fluids
- Items requiring special licenses without proper documentation
4.2 Listing Requirements
All listings must:
- Accurately describe the item or service
- Include clear, honest photos (no stock photos unless disclosed)
- State the correct condition (new, used, refurbished)
- Provide accurate pricing and availability
- Comply with applicable laws and regulations
4.3 Seller Obligations
- Ship items within the stated timeframe
- Package items securely to prevent damage
- Respond to buyer inquiries within 24 hours
- Honor the listing price and description
- Provide accurate tracking information
- Accept returns according to our return policy
4.4 Buyer Obligations
- Pay for items promptly
- Provide accurate shipping information
- Inspect items upon delivery
- Report issues within 7 days of delivery
- Leave honest, fair reviews
5. Payments and Fees
5.1 Marketplace Fees
- Listing Fee: Free (subject to change)
- Transaction Fee: 2-5% of final sale price (varies by category)
- Payment Processing: 2.9% + fixed fee (charged by payment provider)
- Currency Conversion: 1-3% for international transactions
5.2 Supply Engine Fees
- Supplier Fee: Tiered monthly subscription ($99-$999/month)
- Seller Fee: Per-order fulfillment fee (varies by product)
- 3PL Fee: Commission on fulfilled orders (5-10%)
5.3 Escrow Protection
All Marketplace transactions use escrow:
- Payment is held until buyer confirms receipt
- Funds released to seller 3 days after confirmation
- Disputes must be opened within 7 days of delivery
- Escrow fee: included in transaction fee
5.4 Refunds and Chargebacks
Refund eligibility:
- Item not received
- Item significantly not as described
- Item damaged in shipping (if not seller's fault, insurance applies)
- Seller cancels order
6. Supply Engine Terms
6.1 Supplier Requirements
- Valid business registration
- Product liability insurance
- Quality control processes
- Minimum order fulfillment rate: 95%
- Maximum order cancellation rate: 2%
6.2 Seller Requirements
- Verified business account
- Compliance with supplier terms
- Proper product categorization
- Accurate inventory sync
6.3 3PL Partner Requirements
- Liability insurance coverage
- Warehouse safety certifications
- API integration capability
- Minimum service level agreement (SLA): 98% on-time delivery
7. Intellectual Property
7.1 TAGOJA's IP
All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on TAGOJA are owned by us or our licensors. You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute our content
- Use our trademarks without permission
- Reverse engineer our software
- Create derivative works
7.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you post, but you grant TAGOJA:
- A worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content
- The right to use your content for promotional purposes
- Permission to modify content for technical compatibility
7.3 Copyright Infringement
If you believe content infringes your copyright, contact our DMCA agent at dmca@tagoja.com with:
- Identification of the copyrighted work
- Location of the infringing content
- Your contact information
- A statement of good faith belief
- Your physical or electronic signature
8. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Violate any laws or regulations

- Scrape or harvest data from our platform
- Interfere with the proper functioning of the Services
- Circumvent security measures

9. Disputes and Resolution
9.1 User Disputes
For disputes between users:
- Communicate directly through TAGOJA chat
- If unresolved, open a formal dispute within 7 days
- Provide evidence (photos, messages, tracking info)
- TAGOJA mediates and makes a binding decision
- Decisions are final unless there's new evidence
9.2 Arbitration Agreement
For disputes with TAGOJA, you agree to binding arbitration instead of court litigation, except for:
- Small claims court matters
- Intellectual property disputes
- Claims that can't be arbitrated by law
9.3 Class Action Waiver
You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive the right to participate in class actions.
10. Termination
10.1 By You
You may close your account at any time through account settings. Outstanding obligations remain.
10.2 By TAGOJA
We may suspend or terminate your account for:
- Violation of these Terms
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Excessive disputes or chargebacks
- Inactivity for 2+ years
- Risk to platform integrity or user safety
10.3 Effect of Termination
- Access to Services immediately revoked
- Pending transactions will be completed
- Funds held for 90 days to cover potential claims
- Your content may be retained for legal purposes
11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
11.1 No Warranties
SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE". We make no warranties about reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee that Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.
11.2 Third-Party Content
TAGOJA is not responsible for:
- Accuracy of user listings or descriptions
- Quality or safety of items sold
- Actions of buyers, sellers, or partners
- Third-party services or websites
11.3 Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: TAGOJA is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid to TAGOJA in the 12 months before the claim or $500, whichever is greater.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold TAGOJA harmless from claims arising from:
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your content or listings
- Your violation of others' rights
- Your use of the Services
13. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. We'll notify you of material changes via:
- Email to your registered address
- In-app notification
- Prominent notice on our website
Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. If you don't agree, stop using the Services and close your account.
14. General Provisions
14.1 Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

14.3 No Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right doesn't waive that right.
